Parent Alienation

Parent Alienation:  When a parent testifies their demeanor in court is very different, depending on whether they are the parent that is alienating the child, or the parent that is losing the child to alienation.  An Alienator presents in court well -because they tend to be master manipulators. They are:

Cool
Calm
Charming
Convincing

On the other hand a parent being alienated presents in court poorly.  This is because they are trauma victims, victims in a war by the other parent to take their child away. They are trying to manage horrific family crisis, usually without success, often being attacked by professional who fail to recognize the alienation they are victims of.  Alienated parents in court are:

Anxious
Agitated
Angry
Afraid

This puts the alienated parent behind in the race even before they get to court.
