Understanding DWI Checkpoints
If the checkpoint is set up for a valid reason and police stop you and notice that you are intoxicated, they may ask you to take field sobriety tests and blood or breath tests. I will thoroughly investigate the validity of the checkpoint. Some things that I will look into are:
